Joyce Greenaway longlisted for The Pappatango Prize 2017

Multi-talented Joyce Greenaway was recently longlisted for The Pappatango Prize 2017 for her play The Woman Who Finally Got Inside Her Husband’s Brain.

Opening in 2009, the Papatango New Writing Prize was the first – and remains the only – annual award in the UK to guarantee an emerging playwright a full production on the professional stage with box office royalties and publication by Nick Hern Books.

Notable Pappatango alumni include:

  • James Rushbrooke – Tomcat nominated for an Off West End Award for Best New Play.
  • Tom Morton-Smith, runner-up in 2012, has since been commissioned by the RSC. Oppenheimer premiered in 2015 and transferred to the West End.

We are bursting with pride for Joyce and are very excited for the other projects she currently has in development.
