The members work alongside the lead agent to support this role and should soon learn how to deal effectively with directors, casting directors and others seeking to employ actors.&nbsp;&nbsp; You will see the work of your fellow members so that you are able to suggest them for suitable roles.&nbsp;&nbsp; You will quickly acquire a broad knowledge of the business and what is happening in it. <P> Your own career will be carefully nurtured by the group, who will offer you all the advice, support and encouragement you may need.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
